You need to follow up with these journalists and ask for coverage of OCA. Also, make contact with influential people like UK MP Tom Watson and whichever MEPs are engaged with the issues. Unfortunately in all the UK coverage of the Google settlement I failed to see one single mention of the OCA - and this is with the British Library on board + at least one TV news report being filmed there!
